Vigilant Research is managed and delivered by Stephen Roberts, supported by experienced associates.
Stephen was MD and research chief of Kable from 2008 to 2015, supporting public sector teams across the UK technology industry. As the leading commentator on ICT spend and supplier choices in public sector organisations, he has developed an unrivalled understanding of the factors which drive and constrain digital investment in public bodies.
Prior to his time at Kable, Stephen was a market intelligence specialist, managing research programmes for Vodafone, Microsoft and BT.
